Application Forms

The following must be forwarded to the Registrar:

Step 1 - Application for Admission

	A completed and signed Application for Admission form or Summer School Application form
	A non-refundable application fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00)
	Two letters of reference to support the Application, one from a referee who is familiar with the academic work of the student, another from a referee who is in a position to estimate the students abilities and overall personality
	Proof of student's status in Canada
	Certified English or French translation of all legal and foreign documents for foreign students

Step 2 - Student's Evaluation

	Kindergarten students - Schedule of a brief visit for interview and assessment
	Elementary and secondary students - Schedule of a day visit for formal assessment and observation.

Step 3 - Admission and Registration

	A signed and completed Registration form
	A one time admission fee of one thousand dollars ($1000.00)
	A signed Schedule of Fees form
	All payments and post-dated cheques
	A completed Medical/Immunization form
